Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements: o Minimum of 5 years Copy, Print, and Mail related experience o High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required Preferred
Qualifications: o Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred) o Experience running mail posting equipment a plus o Excellent communication skills both verbal and written o Lifting up to 55 lbs. with or without accommodations o Willingness and availability to work additional hours if assigned o Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check o Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment o Competency in performing multiple functional tasks o Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
Responsibilities:
Role and Responsibilities Customer Service Associate Mail Services: oOperating mailing, copy or fax equipment o?Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers o?Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper o?Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages o?Operate computer as needed to look up customer contacts, use email, access systems and update documents as needed. o?Folding mail to be metered and sent out o?Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude o
Pay Rate: $12
Schedule: 8-4:30/Mon - Fri
Location: 45014Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
