Customer Service Representative/$12.00 Hourly Rate
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
1st Shift Only
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements: o Minimum of 5 years Copy, Print, and Mail related experience o High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required Preferred
Qualifications: o Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred) o Experience running mail posting equipment a plus o Excellent communication skills both verbal and written o Lifting up to 55 lbs. with or without accommodations o Willingness and availability to work additional hours if assigned o Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check o Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment o Competency in performing multiple functional tasks o Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
Responsibilities:
Role and Responsibilities Customer Service Associate Mail Services: oOperating mailing, copy or fax equipment o?Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers o?Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper o?Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages o?Operate computer as needed to look up customer contacts, use email, access systems and update documents as needed. o?Folding mail to be metered and sent out o?Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude o?Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment o?Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines o?Take direction from team lead or site manager o?Participate in cross-training o?Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail o?Adhere to all safety procedures o?Perform other tasks as assigned in other areas of the operations
Qualifications and Education Requirements The ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate the following
Qualifications: oHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required oMinimum of six months customer service related experience required oAdministrative support experience in the insurance industry strongly preferred oKeyboarding and windows environment PC skills preferred oExcellent communication skills both verbal and written oAbility to effectively work individually or in a team environment oCompetency in performing multiple functional tasks oAbility to meet employer's attendance policy oLifting up to 55 pounds with or without accommodation o Perform various Mail Center activities (sorting, metering, folding, inserting, delivery, pickup, etc.) o Lift heavy boxes, files or paper when needed o Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude o Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment o Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines o Adhere to all safety procedures o Take direction from supervisor or site manager

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
