Recruiting Specialist
A well-established Fairfield company is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to work in the recruiting field. You will be required to go through current applications and call approved candidates in order to match them with current employment opportunities. This position does require constant out bound calls, attempting to reach candidates and applicants already registered in our system. You must be able to be on the phone at least 8 hours a day, sometimes up to 9-10 hours depending upon number of positions to be filled. If you are an outgoing, energetic person who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, this is the position for you.
You will work Monday - Friday with overtime required after 5:
00 pm and sometimes before 8:
00 am. This position does require passing a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check. Pay is based upon experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
