0-12 month(s) x2 Opening Customer Service support roles 100% onsite SE Title is Customer Project Engineers (Not an Engineer role) Initial phone interview with panel interview for selection What will you do? Accountable for managing customer requests, production scheduling, and resolving order-related engineering inquiries Interface with internal and external customers, including coordinating activities with Schneider functional areas, manufacturing, sales, distribution, and field service Consult with customers to support product selection, order engineering, production and delivery schedules, and critical order expediting.
Support the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process through MPS (Master Production Schedule).
Lead weekly internal production and capacity SIM meetings Take ownership for continuous improvement/ Lean manufacturing initiatives within the Schneider Performance System What qualifications will make you successful? You have a bachelor's degree (required) You have a Customers First mindset with strong mediation, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
You can build relationships and communicate effectively with carriers, customers, employees, and upper management You thrive in a flexible, agile, and dynamic environment with proven ability to prioritize work, work independently and meet deadlines.
You have experience with business application software including MS Suite, including exposure to MS Access, SAP/ ERP system experience a plus Job Type:
