ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES May include the following.
Other duties may also be assigned.
Monitors customer product including case holds and inventory status.
Helps to determine solutions to customer issues.
Works directly with customers to solve issues when possible.
Communicates issues and possible solutions to management.
Evaluates office procedures in customer service and/or devises new forms to improve efficiency of work flow.
Produces Daily Billing, Weekly Billing, and Monthly Billing for the facility and coordinates the auditing of all necessary documentation for the approval of such billing.
Ensures Case Control procedures are followed by Shipping/Receiving, Customer Service, and warehouse personnel authorized to make adjustments; balances between manual tracking and computer system reported balances.
Coordinates end of month activities and prints customer reports necessary to close the month.
Establishes uniform correspondence procedures and style practices.
Reviews clerical and personnel records to insure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
Responsible to report food safety and quality problems to their supervisor Job Type:
