COM, we specialize in personalized gifts for kids and holidays.
All orders are customized in-house at our location in Fairfield, OH and shipped nationwide, as well as to Canada and the UK.
This will begin as a temporary position, but we expect it to quickly transition into a full-time role if both the candidate and the company determine it is the right fit.
The Warehouse/Production Associate position encompasses the following roles:
Packing and shipping items that weigh between 1 pound and 37 pounds.
Operating a specialty printer to customize children's merchandise such as toy boxes, bookshelves, step stools, trophy shelves, and jewelry boxes.
Performing warehouse restocking, picking, and inventory tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Must be able to consistently lift and handle 37 lbs packages.
- Must be available for full-time hours during the day on weekdays for the majority of the year.
Alternative hours and shifts may be necessary during peak seasons.
- Reliability & Punctuality:
Maintaining our ability to process and ship orders fast is critical to our business.
Although we understand not all unplanned absences or tardiness can be avoided, our focus is on teamwork and reliability is absolutely necessary to build trust within our team.

You will be asked to help with varying production and warehouse tasks.
- Excellent attention to quality and detail is mandatory - Ability to multi task and adapt to change quickly - Ability to stand for long periods of time Responsibilities Pair finished, customized panels with appropriate base units and ensure quality expectations are met.
Package and prepare final goods for shipment.
Read and follow instructions on work orders Operate multiple specialty printers concurrently.
Prepare designs and text to be printed using specialty software Measure, align, and prepare items for print.
Pull unfinished items from warehouse for customization and provide to operator.
Restock warehouse items as needed Other various warehouse and production related tasks as needed.
