, a growing law firm with locations in Fairfield and Middletown, Ohio, is looking to fill an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position in its Fairfield office.
Candidates MUST have legal assistant experience in a law firm setting.
Familiarity with probate, real estate, and civil litigation is a significant plus.
The responsibilities of this position include organizing files, drafting correspondence and documents, managing calendars and office scheduling, confirming appointments, sorting mail, preparing invoices, offering general staff support, and other responsibilities, as required.
The position requires serving as an initial point of contact, answering phones, and greeting clients and visitors:
a modest professional appearance and conduct are essential.
Candidates must be dependable, organized, and exceedingly attentive to detail, quick on a computer, and possess excellent writing and communication skills.
A willingness to work very occasional overtime is required.
Infrequent travel to the Middletown office will be required.
Some lifting and moving of file boxes (25lbs) is necessary.
Compensation will be based on experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
