Superior is currently seeking a high-energy individual to work as a Customer Service Representative at our Cincinnati, OH location.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $19.

Responsibilities include:
Manage incoming phone calls effectively and efficiently.
First point of contact for visitors.
Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide quality service to both internal and external customers.
Process customer orders within the ERP system which includes locating product package availability, verifying pricing and delivery availability.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Assist sales professionals with various administrative functions.
Works closely with sales, operations, purchasing, and accounting.
Candidates should possess:
Strong attention to detail Strong customer service focus Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
