Job DetailsJob LocationPort Union West - Fairfield, OHDescriptionDuties and Responsibilities Check inbound product identification against invoices and receiving paperwork to insure correct pack/size, quantity, and product quality.
Receive incoming product into the WMS system.
Verify the quantity of each product to ensure the physical count agrees with shipping and receiving documentation; report any variances so that inventory levels are accurately adjusted in the system.
Apply labels to all incoming products to identify that product in the warehouse for stocking, selection, and inventory tracking.
Complete required paperwork for daily receiving.
QualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent, college experience a plusExperienceOne to three year's previous work experience in a related position or industryKnowledge Intermediate level of knowledge of MS Word and Outlook Intermediate level of knowledge of database management Intermediate level of knowledge of Excel Skills/Abilities Excellent skills in multitasking, prioritizing, processing information quickly, and organization Excellent skills at handling confidential information Excellent problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good data entry skills Basic skills in written communication Handle multiple priorities which are constantly changing and may conflict Effective Time Management and reasoning capability Recommended Skills Communication Confidentiality Data Entry Databases Expediting Microsoft Excel Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
