We are a family owned and operated business.
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to act as the front line to our business.
This individual will answer phones and greet clients and be a support to other office staff.
Requirements:
Must be able to work Monday through Wednesday from 8:
00am to 5:
00pm Must have a valid driver's license Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Must be able to work independently and in a team environment Must have a high school education or higher
Responsibilities:
Answer phones in a timely manner Greet clients upon arrival and departure Answer questions on services offered by the the business Perform administrative tasks such as faxing, scanning documents, filing documents into the office/filing system, answering emails, ordering supplies/materials/office supplies, etc.
Communicate effectively with management, customers, and fellow employees Support other departments with stuffing envelopes, folding, pulling invoices, processing invoices, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
