We are a rapidly growing company that is continuing to add more employees every year.
We have a new CEO who has been with us for 2 years.
He has been instrumental in changing the employee experience at Just Candy.
We now have 2 seasonal bonuses (Spring and Winter), where we pay a guaranteed $2 and up to $3 extra for every hour worked and 3 weeks of paid time off each year.
We have an exciting working environment with great working conditions in a climate-controlled warehouse (air conditioning).
Also, a breakroom with free candy!!!
