COM, we specialize in personalized gifts for kids and holidays.
All orders are customized in-house at our location in Fairfield, OH and shipped nationwide, as well as to Canada and the UK.
We currently have an opening for full-time embroidery operator.
The primary focus of this role will be to add embroidery to kids merchandise (such as baby gifts, plush toys, dolls, backpacks, and lunch boxes) and seasonal merchandise (such as Stockings, Santa Sacks, and Easter Baskets).
No embroidery experience is necessary for this position - we will train.

Responsibilities - Read and follow instructions on work orders - Digitize text using embroidery software - Measure and frame/hoop item to be customized - Operate multiple single head embroidery machines - Trim & bag items - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment - Help with various other tasks within the organization.
This includes picking, packing, receiving, re-stocking, re-organizing, cleaning, breaking down boxes, and other warehouse and production related tasks.
Requirements:
- For the majority of the year, you must be available to work day-shift hours from Monday to Friday.
Approximately 35-40 hours per week.
- During peak seasons (such as Easter, Back-to-School, and Christmas), additional hours will be necessary, including some evening shift and weekend hours.
- Prior experience in a production environment (or other fast-paced work environment) is required.
- Reliability & Punctuality:
Maintaining our ability to process and ship orders fast is critical to our business.
Although we understand not all unplanned absences or tardiness can be avoided, our focus is on teamwork and reliability is absolutely necessary to build trust within our team.
