A Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services, oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and managing operating costs.

Skills and Qualifications Planning Team Leader Providing Feedback Resolving Conflict Verbal Communication Must have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Must have the ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
Must have minimum one year experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a management role, but will consider all restaurant applicants for management.
Managers are expected to work a full 50 hour week.
Including nights, weekends and holidays.
You are also expected to be in uniform while working.
