Operating in a face-to-face retail environment, you will be responsible for delivering a positive and personalized experience to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products or services.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work well in a team.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming environment.
Understand customer needs and assist them in finding the right products or services.
Actively engage customers to promote sales, special offers, and product features.
Provide accurate and detailed information about products, pricing, and promotions.
Process sales transactions including credit card transactions.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns, aiming for a satisfactory resolution.
Maintain knowledge of current sales targets, promotions, and company policies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvement and customer service enhancement.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certification is a plus.
Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a face-to-face environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong sales acumen with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
