General Laborer/Porter/Light Maintenance job description includes but is not limited to the following:
Daily grounds pick up in all outside areas, which includes maintain a neat area around all outside dumpsters.
Inside trash pick up includes the club house, fitness room and various public restrooms on site.
Assist with heavy trash disposal in turnover apartments.
Light maintenance may include basic plumbing and electrical.
May be required to dismantle and dispose of various structures at the property.
Outside grounds maintenance may include blowing/raking leaves, spraying weeds, snow removal and salt spreading, pool maintenance, cleaning gutters, and digging holes or trenches as needed for various purposes.
May be required to operate small power tools.
We offer an opportunity for advancement and growth in Maintenance through training and mentoring! Job Requirements:
Candidates should be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
A Able to climb stairs and ladders.
Working conditions include exposure to weather.
May be required to have a vehicle.
Valid driver's license and state minimum insurance is required.
Pre-employment drug screen required.
